4.Pay on delivery
1. In-Store pickup
For all products in stock.
2. Courier shipping
The parcels are delivered by a cooperating Courier Company within 2-3 working days. If it is an island destination and inaccessible areas, the time can reach up to 4-5 working days. The package can not exceed 2 meters in length. The charge is as follows
Parcel up to 3 kg - cost 4.03 euros *
Parcel larger than 3 kg - cost 4.03 euros + 1 euro extra for each kilo *
3. Shipping with a transport agency
For bulky shipments outside Athens, there is also the possibility of sending with a transport agency of your choice, by appointment. Deliveries to the Agencies take place every Thursday. The charge for delivery with a transport agency is 8.06 * euros per parcel.
4. Delivery with vehicle of our company within Athens / Piraeus
Delivery with vehicle of ours in the region of Athens and Piraeus every Thursday between 10:00 - 16:00. The parcels are delivered on the sidewalk and if there is sufficient parking space. Not to appartment door. The cost per shipment is charged with 8.06 * euros.

Once the money is deposited in the account, we prepare the parcel and deliver it to the Courier if possible on the same day. We send you on e-mail the order document with the Voucher number of the package so that you can monitor the progress of your order. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the delivery takes place within 2-3 working days. If it is an island destination or inaccessible areas, the time can reach up to 4-5 working days.
We accept exchanges of products only if their packaging has not been opened.
No exchanges for unpackaged items such as hinges, drawer guides, castors, etc.
No exchanges for custom made or processed items such as cut profiles.
No exchanges for security items (locks and related items).
An exchange can be made only with its receipt or invoice within the span of 14 days.
In case of exchange there is no refund but there is the possibility of credit within the span of one month.
