Exceptionally, the individual storage and copying of parts of the content of the www.zalonis.eu website on a simple personal computer is permitted for strictly personal use, without the intention of commercial or other exploitation and always under the condition of mentioning the source of its origin, without this implies in any way a grant of intellectual property rights.

Prices

The prices quoted are in euros and include VAT of 24%. Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are automatically calculated according to the weight of the products at the end of the order.

Www.zalonis.eu has the right to modify the prices of the products on its website at any time but undertakes to apply the prices listed on the website at the time of your order.

Availability

We fulfill your order within the framework of our available stocks. In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

In the case that the product(s) ordered are not available, you will be informed via email or phone for the exact time of delivery. If you agree to the new availability date, you will have to confirm to us by email. If you do not agree to the new order dispatch we can cancel your order and refund payment if already made.

Right of Withdrawl

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, with the sole charge being the cost of returning the products. We must refund within the next 14 days of the day you inform us.

Returns - Changes

Products are transported at the customer's expense, risk and responsibility. No returns are accepted, except for goods on invoice or receipt.

Products can be returned in cases where the order is executed incorrectly by our store, i.e. in case of delivery of an item other than what was ordered by type or quantity. In this case, the customer must request their return, after consultation by phone or written communication through the "Contact" e-mail form of our website, mentioning the details of the order. The return is made with the same courier that sent the initial order at our expense, when the mistake is made by us. 

Product returns are not accepted if we have not been informed prior. Only products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents (accessories, instructions for use, etc.) will be accepted. Products must be returned in a non-defective (broken) and non-deficient condition by the customer. If they are not returned within 15 days of receipt, then the company has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.

In all cases, the return of the product to be exchanged should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg invoice or retail receipt) and its complete packaging.

All product returns are at the customer's expense.

Refunds at our expense are only made when a mistake is made by us.

The return of the products will be carried out in the same way that the product was received by the customer.

In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by the company, then the return is accepted.

Default products: the customer must request their return, after consultation by telephone or written communication through the "Contact" e-mail form of our website, mentioning the details of the order. As soon as it is received and checked by the company, it is immediately replaced. The return and resending of the product is done at our expense.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation of an order occurs in the following cases:

Before the order is completed, during the online process, you can go back and remove the product quantities from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button.

If the online order has been completed, the user-customer is entitled to cancel his order within the above 24-hour period, as long as the item has not yet been executed and delivered (i.e. no tax document has been issued), you can to call +30 210 96 13 206, +30 210 96 44 461 or contact via the email form "Contact" of our website and provide your order details and we will take care of canceling your order.

Any changes or cancellation to an order that we have not been informed prior of its return to us, will hold the user/customer responsible for any damages that might occur in the process. 

Warranty-Return-Repair-Replacement

Products that are within the warranty and are damaged are sent to AFOI ZALONI O.E. for initial repair or replacement (if it is not possible to repair them), after consultation via e-mail at info@zalonis.eu. Shipping cost and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Package must be accompanied by a copy of the order receipt or invoice, as well as the full name, address and contact phone number of the customer.

Warranty Time Frame

The warranty time frame is mentioned besides each product, varying depending on its type.

The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase of the product and covers the Greek territory.

AFOI ZALONI O.E. will examine whether the product is covered by the warranty. If the product or part thereof is found to be defective, it will ensure that the problem is corrected or repaired. If necessary, the company will change the defective part. In case the product no longer belongs to the AFOI ZALONI O.E product line, AFOI ZALONI O.E will take care to replace it with another similar one.

Warranty Terms

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the product. For the purpose of verifying the date of purchase, it is necessary to keep the receipt of purchase, as it is the only proof of the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor assembly, misuse or storage, lack of cleanliness or scratches/bumps or any other type of accident.

General Rights

In addition to the rights provided by the warranty, all rights applicable to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an error is noticed in the price or photo, www.zalonis.eu has the right, immediately informing the prospective buyer, to cancel or accept an order that refers to the incorrect price or photo, as its price will be formed, after informing the buyer.

Order Shipments

The products are either sent or picked up from our store at 40 Voreiou Epirou Street, Glyfada. In particular, the user - customer can pick up his order from our store by paying the purchase price with cash or credit card, when receiving the order from our store in person.

In this case, the order placed online will be valid for three (3) working days from the moment the order status displays the indication "Ready to be received from store", while in any case an informative e-mail is sent on the status of the order. In the event that the user - customer does not come to the store for the execution of his order (receiving the order) during the above exclusive deadline of three (3) working days, the order will be canceled, the store not having any responsibility as it has already informed the customer.

Also, there is the option of the order being sent to the customer if it requested during the online ordering, via courier services.

Orders are sent daily via courier, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and natiional holidays.

Newsletters

Newsletters from the Terms of Use are sent only to subscribers who have chosen (registered) to receive newsletters. Www.zalonis.eu offers subscribers of the newsletter service the possibility to delete themselves from the list of recipients. If a subscriber chooses to be removed from the recipient lists, then their email is permanently deleted.

Registration and deletion of the newsletter is done through a process of checking the authenticity of the subscriber's email address (opt-in, opt-out).

The newsletters, which subscribers receive by registering on the mailing lists, are the intellectual property of AFOI ZALONI O.E. and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions. Www.zalonis.eu reserves the right not to register a person in the recipient lists or to delete them from them.

Regarding the collection, storage and processing of your personal data, it is done in accordance with the conditions mentioned in this personal data protection policy, in accordance with Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997) and the relevant decisions and actions of the competent Authority.

By completing your details, the database maintained by our company with all users is automatically updated. This database can be used to send electronic informational "email" messages. Within these "emails", the user will be given the possibility to delete himself from this list. In any case, our company is obliged to inform the user about matters related to his account, such as sending questions, future offers, advertising actions, etc.

Also, you can change the personal data at any time, if there is a reason that you have notified us, or limit or cancel the use of some of these data.

Opening Hours

These terms are subject to the provisions of Greek Law. For any dispute that arises, the Courts of Athens are competent.
